Optionally we can also provide 24/7 service monitoring where our technicians will automatically be alerted when there are outages with any of your critical services.
Our call out rate is $75 per hour with a minimum of 30 minutes per incident.

We recommend that clients use Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS or Debian for their Linux powered servers. We recommend cPanel as the preferred control panel for your end users which should run on top of RedHat or CentOS for best stability and security.
Dynanet also provides infrastructure to the ISP industry. By providing offsite and onsite email servers, web servers, DNS servers and other technology requirements for the small to medium sized Internet Service Provider on an ongoing monthly contract basis.
